– The shipping costs change to the country of destination, weight and volume. Shipping outside Italy costs from 25 Euro.

– EASYTEAR s.r.l. assumes no responsibility for delays due to the courier.

5. Warranty – Mode
The guarantee of 12 months (since it is the product not of consumption but for professional activities) applies, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree n. 24 of 02-02-2002, to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the same has been used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation (instruction manual). In case of defects of the goods, production or conformity, the consumer must contact producer EASYTEAR who will at no cost to the product recovery by repair or replacement of the product as soon as possible to allow re-entry periods and delivery of the product or products. For warranty, proceed as follows:
send an e-mail to customer.service@easytear.it or a request from the contact section of the site www.easytear.it. The customer service will send by e-mail or fax the form (RMA) with an invitation to complete it in its entirety and return it to service center where all the data verified award the authorization number and all the information for the ‘packing and shipping.

6. Repairs and interventions in Warranty
They will be rejected to the sender, with its operating expenses, all product shipments:

The product will be repaired or, in the case where the repair is not possible, be replaced with a similar or higher according to the good judgment of the EASYTEAR manufacturer within 30 days after arrival in the seat of the product. In case of difficulty in obtaining the product, the manufacturer is entitled to full fill the conditions of guarantee by Credit Note and refund to the buyer of the price sustained at the time of purchase proven by the bill, taking into account the state of use. 7. Withdrawal
Sales via the Internet are governed by the Italian Code of consumption – D.lgs.206 / 2005 – which regulates the matter of distance, that is done outside of business premises. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the ability for the consumer to return the product purchased and the reimbursement of expenses incurred. In the event that the purchaser intends to exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to a product purchased through the site “www.easytear.it/shop” Will have to follow these simple steps:

EASYTEAR will refund within 14 working days of receiving and verifying the integrity of the products made by bank transfer of the sums paid by the customer (as indicated on the invoice excluding delivery costs).
CAUTION: It is recommended to use a courier or other means to allow the tracing of the shipment. It is understood that EASYTEAR not reimburse the goods covered by the withdrawal, if it does not receive its delivery. Ensuring against theft and damage during transport and bear the resulting costs. 8. Delivery
Upon delivery of the package it is very important to check all these items together with the courier:

If it is not possible to detect the abnormality you will need to request assistance promptly to customer.service@easytear.it for the return authorization no later than 5 days from receipt of the purchased goods (postmark date on the packing). The customer in any case will have to submit a request for permission to return, via e-mail containing the following information of the shipment: n. transport document, document date, part number with abnormality, abnormal amount; the description of how it appeared his neck on receipt and damage found with photos attached.
Carried out by EASYTEAR the verification with its courier, we will communicate to the customer the authorization for the return of the damaged material and then the replacement material will be sent.
